OUR STAFF

Michael Patterson is the President of Gravitas Transport Service.  He also personally goes on as many calls as possible.  Michael moved to Augusta in September, 2000 to open an automotive accessory retail store.  After one year, Michael sold the business and opened Gravitas Transport Service.

Adam Wiswell is the Operations Manager of Gravitas Transport Service.  Adam moved to Augusta in 2005 to help with a large project and stayed on as our manager.

Steve Kitchings is a full time removal specialist for Gravitas Transport Service. 

Steve moved to full time in early 2006 to help with the growing volume of calls.

Paul Levin is a full time removal specialist for Gravitas Transport Service.  Paul started in early 2006.  He has a very extensive background with the Fire Department both here in Augusta and in Miami, FL.

Dewain French currently pastors a small church in Grovetown, GA.  Mr. French has worked around the funeral industry for many years and is excellent on residential and other "family present" calls.  Mr. French is also an accomplished musician (guitar). We are proud to have Mr. French on our team. 

Carl Lynn is currently employed with Gold Cross Ambulance Service 2 days per week as an EMT.  He is "on call" for G.T.S. 5 days each week.  Carl has been an EMT for 15 years including 2 years in the ER Trauma unit of The Medical College of Georgia.  He has lived in the CSRA all of his life. Carl is married with 1 child and is very active in his church as a member, musically (drums),  and on the board of trustees.

Tony Thompson works part time for G.T.S.  He is currently a Deputy with the Richmond County Sheriff's Office and works with G.T.S. in his off duty time.  Tony was also a medic during his time in the US Army.

Edward Patterson is Michael's brother.  Edward works part time with G.T.S and also works with a large communications company in Augusta.  Edward has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and does a lot of technical work for G.T.S.; such as the development of websites, billing, and other applications.  Edward also helps with removals and transports as needed.
